LISA GILMORE
Principal
With two decades of experience in local, state, and federal government, Lisa Gilmore has built a strong expertise in navigating the complexities of government relations. Known for her integrity, strategic thinking, and deep understanding of governmental processes, Lisa is dedicated to effective advocacy and building lasting stakeholder relationships. Her extensive non-profit background includes serving on multiple boards and successfully leading fundraising initiatives, showcasing her commitment to community service and innovative solutions. Outside of her professional work, Lisa is a proud 15-year member of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, and she actively contributes to organizations such as the Texas Federation of Republican Women and the Boy Scouts, reinforcing her dedication to civic engagement. Lisa holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Texas State University and a Master of Public Policy and Administration from the University of St. Thomas. At Izoro Consulting, she leverages her wealth of experience to provide clients with strategic, results-driven solutions.
KENNETH GILMORE
Principal
With over two decades of experience in data analytics and development, Kenneth Gilmore offers a unique perspective that bridges technology with business needs. His expertise enables him to navigate complex projects while adhering to industry best practices, ensuring impactful and sustainable solutions. Kenneth’s professional journey began in the U.S. Army, where he developed a deep commitment to perseverance, discipline, and project completion—qualities that continue to shape his approach to problem-solving today. A dynamic leader, Kenneth thrives in fast-paced environments, championing collaboration and continuous learning. He is passionate about empowering individuals and strengthening collective capabilities. Outside of his professional life, Kenneth serves his community as an Assistant Scout Master and Merit Badge Counselor, mentoring young individuals and supporting their personal growth. Kenneth holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Texas State University and an MBA with a focus on data analytics from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi.
WHAT IS IZORO?
Izoro is an unincorporated community located in the heart of Texas, Lampasas County. Izoro was named after my great-great Grandmother. Izoro Gilliam moved to the Texas in the 1870s and was one of thousands of pioneers that helped shape our great state who didn​'t make the history books. I want to honor her spirit and use her unique name to guide our journey as a firm.
